Web Site Turnkey Solution
We will consult with you in the design, features and functionality of your web site. Unlike other web design companies, you cost is not determined by the number of web pages, text, photos, etc. We offer a turnkey solution designed specifically for your business or non-profit organization needs whether its a 10 page site or 100 pages, the cost is the same.
Domain Name and Hosting Contract
As part of our service, we will secure your Internet Domain name, if needed, and contract with a major national web hosting company where your web site will reside, unless the client decides to host the site on their own server. The cost of the hosting contract and domain registration are included in the fee for developing the web site for the first year. A discount will apply if these items are not required by the client.
Ongoing Maintenance and Updates
Once you agree with the content and look of your web site we will publish it. JAR Web Designs will perform any revisions to your published web site for at no cost during the first month of the agreement. Changes to your web site during the second and subsequent months will be based on the amount of changes based on a hourly fee of $50 up to a maximum of $200 a month. No monthly minimum for changes or updates is required. All minor page edits or simple corrections are always at no cost.
All requested changes to the web site will be published by JAR Web Designs within 24 hours or less from receipt of your request for changes.
Monthly Traffic Reports
JAR Web Designs will provide monthly web statistical reports on the number of visitors to your site, pages visited, visitor information, page views, search engines used to find your site and a lot more equally important information..
Search Engine Submissions
JAR Web Designs submits your web site to major search engines such as Goggle, Yahoo, MSN, BING, etc.
Flash
JAR Web Designs can incorporate Flash Video and Flash Sideshows as a means of showcasing your organization or products.
Online Surveys
JAR Web Designs will provide online surveys at no additional cost to the client. Results of surveys can be posted online or provided in print version to the client. Contact Forms
JAR Web Designs provides custom designed contact forms that generate email content to the designated web site contact person.
