Pricing

Our Fee
Our fee for the development of your new web site, including all of the features listed on this page and our Services page, is $399 for non-database driven web sites. Discounts are available for clients who already have a web domain and/or who want to host their web site on their own server.

For small business run by an individual only, or for non-profits, the fee is only $359 and includes all the features listed on this page.

For web sites that require online selling capability, the price for this type of web site is $599 plus the added cost of a security certificate.

If you already own a web site and want JAR Web Designs to take over the management of the site, we can provide that service. If you elect for JAR Web Designs to do a total re-design of an existing web site, our fee for that work is $395.

Design Consultation
We work with you to determine the best design and functionality to meet your business needs. We offer a wide range of web templates and special features including flash animation, online surveys, online forms, etc. We offer an unlimited number of web pages for your design and unlimited number of graphics and photographs.

Initial Revisions
Once you agree with the content and look of your web site we will publish it. JAR Web Designs will perform any revisions to the design of your published web site for at no cost during the first month of the agreement. Revisions do not include addition pages beyond what was originally published.

Content Updates
Changes to your web site after the first month and subsequent months will be based on the amount of changes requested. Request for minor page edits are always at no cost. Changes, Additions, or Updates are billed at $50 an hour with a maximum charge of $200 in any month. Clients are not required to pay a minimum monthly fee. All requested changes will be published by JAR Web Designs within 24 to 48 hours or less from receipt of request.

Hosting Contract and Domain Registration
Included in the fee is a one-year hosting contract with a national hosting firm and the cost of registering your web domain for the first year. Subsequent years are at the client's expense. We can reduce the cost, if the client prefers, by entering into multi-year contracts with the hosting company. We will discount the cost of domain registration and hosting contract costs if the client already possesses a domain and/or wishes to host their web site on their own server.

Traffic Reports
JAR Web Designs provides monthly web tracking data on your web site. The reports include the number of visitors, pages visited, location of visitors, top pages visited, entrance and exit pages, etc. There is no cost for this service.
